Fashioning Masculinities: The Art of Menswear

Step into the FABULOUS and powerful world of men’s fashion at the V&A's flamboyant new show - ‘Fashioning Masculinities: The Art of Menswear.

This is a vast celebration of the colossal power of male attire. From the 15th century to current trends this is a lavish and joyful show. Shining a spotlight on artistry and appearance through legendary designers, classical sculptures, Renaissance paintings and LOADS of awesome 👏🏻 outfits. Expect bellowing sleeves, fluffy frills, corseted gowns and acres of mohair.

From Gucci to Harris Tweed with art from Hockney and Wiley and heaps of all-male dance performances it’s a joy for all. With over 100 looks along side 100 artworks across three galleries, Undressed, Overdressed and Redressed it’s honestly magnificent ! The last three show-stopping gowns worn by Harry Style, Billy Porter and Ru Paul are fashion PERFECTION.

We loved it.
